Intended Audience - CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Committee

 

This program offers “C” Suite Executives an overview of the content and structure of the programs offered to Executive Management and Supervisory teams. It covers the critical conceptual framework of the programs and often includes a Coaching component for the participants. The program is custom designed for each client to address the content and implementation issues being delivered to the organization.

Leadership Legacy Journey™ for Executives

Intended Audience - Senior Operating Executives

 

This program is an intense and demanding journey into developing a lasting leadership legacy.  The program contains a total of 12 sessions covering twenty-four hours of group participation and 12 hours of individual coaching.  The program is conducted with an executive and his/her senior team participating together. The group sessions allow everyone to experience the leadership sessions together and debate, discuss and reach understanding on the materials. It also leaves open the opportunity to discuss topics covered in other team settings.

This program offers the intensity and application of new insights as leaders begin to understand and build a lasting leadership legacy.  The program contains a total of 12 sessions covering twenty-four hours of group participation and 6 hours of individual coaching.  The program is conducted with leaders from throughout the organization that occupy similar level positions. The group sessions allow everyone to experience the leadership sessions together and debate, discuss and reach understanding on the materials. It also leaves open the opportunity to discuss the topics covered in other organizational settings.

Leadership Legacy Journey™ for Teams

Intended Audience: Operating and Ad Hoc teams and reengagement of teams after completion of a Leadership Legacy Journey™ program

 

The Leadership Legacy Journey for Teams™ program is a stand alone leadership development event that is designed to build awareness of the importance of team trust, mutual support and a collective focus on accomplishing the tasks facing the team. While always custom tailored to the clients needs and expectations, It includes elements of understanding yourself, relationship building and team decision making.  It is also an excellent follow up to one or more of the Leadership Legacy Journey™ to support and reinforce the concepts covered and discussed.
